Returns & Exchanges
For all return and exchanges, please contact us for details to ship back to our workshop in Boujaad . Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and custom duty. Depending on where you live shipping goods back to us, particularly heavy items, may be expensive. Please reach out to us with any questions prior to making a purchase.
Refunds on returned items
On receipt of a returned purchase, and the item is in its original condition, we will process a refund within one working day.
In the event that our courier company returns a purchased item because they were unable to deliver due to incorrect address/telephone number or because customer fails to pay import taxes, all shipping charges (including any customs duty) will be discounted from the purchase refund.
Understanding color & tone
a. Whilst we make every attempt to render the correct color tone in our images (we use two computer screens to do this), your computer screen may produce a slightly different result.
b. To assist in identifying the color of our products we have tried to be as accurate as possible with the color names we have assigned to them. Please note though that shades can still vary for each color name given.
c. As many of our products are hand dyed, minor variations in tone will occur from one batch to another.

Will I have to pay import duty?
If the product you are purchasing is coming from abroad, it is normal that customs in your home country will apply some tax. Some countries will allow the parcel to go through without charging you.
Please note that free shipping does not include any custom duties/taxes that you might be charged.
Should you require further information, your local customs office will provide assistance.
Made to Order Rugs
All our made to order Beni Ouarain rugs and runners are freshly woven on receipt of your order. We normally require 4 - 6 weeks to weave, wash and prepare your rug, but please do let us know should you require it sooner and we will do our best to get it to you before.
As a handmade item, final measurements may vary +/- up to 10%. This is normal as the rug will contract when cut off the loom. Please contact us before making a purchase should you have any questions regarding this.
Cancelling Made to Order Rugs
In the event that you would like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as you can. Cancellations within 48 hours of placing your order will incur no fee. After this a fee of 25% of the cost of the rug will be charged for cancellations within 7 days, 50% within 14 days. No refund will be made for a cancellation after 14 days.
Shipping
We expedite ship worldwide using either DHL or FedEx Express.
Please note though that we are unable to ship to an APO, FPO, DPO, and PO box. When providing a shipping address please ensure that it is either a residential or business address.
